The Founders School.

“When women are educated, their countries become stronger and more prosperous.” – Michelle Obama

About the Project

We welcome all school-age girls regardless of tribe, race, creed, national origin, ethnicity, mental or physical disability, athletic or academic achievement, faith, or political affiliations.

Our goal is ensuring that all Ghanaian Girls of school-going age, especially those with physical, mental, emotional, financial or other special needs, have equal access and safe opportunities to attend school.

Our daily school activities and curriculum will be embedded with Scripture and faith-based lessons.

We believe that in Proverbs 22:6 and Isaiah 54:13:

If we discipline and train our students, they will be taught of the Lord, they shall have great prosperity, and they shall become all God has called them to be!

The Founders School will be a Christ-Centered Institution with affiliations to Charisma Chapel Kumasi and the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC). We anticipate opening January 2023 for the 2023 Academic Year.

What We Believe

Christ is our Foundation. The Holy Spirit is our Friend and Guide. Our Father God, makes us Prosperous and Wise. We shall have Peace. We will lack for no good thing. We Can Learn. We Will Succeed. We are Overcomers

Our Vision

A Christian faith-based S.T.E.A.M. curriculum to educate, develop, and empower the women and girls of Ghana.

As we focus on girl’s education, we believe it is the catalyst for the growth of an individual and a nation. With statistics like 52% of girls in Ghana experiencing some form of sexual harassment, we want to create not only a safe place for girls, but an innovative, fun, and challenging opportunity to learn. With their education, they can break the cycle of poverty, and be employable in the competitive Ghanaian job market.

All Curriculum will be embedded in Scripture including daily morning prayers and weekly chapel services
